Class Details

For those dancers who have mastered their over 2,3s and side steps, and have put these steps together to learn the first dance, the Beginners Reel. With this first dance under their belt, dancers in the Beginners Plus class can now progress to learning the other Beginner soft shoe dances, like the Light Jig, Single Jig and Slip Jig. This class caters for dancers aged 5+. In this 1 hour class dancers will continue to have have working on basic technique in soft shoe, focussing on turn out, crossing feet, pointing, strength, posture, arm control, timing and listening to the music. * Parents welcome to sit in and watch
